Terms and conditions
At McDonough Dolmaya Language Solutions, we know that agreeing on the terms of an project before work begins is crucial. That's why we've set out some key points here. For questions or comments about any of the following terms, please contact the Project Manager. Quotations All quotations are valid for thirty days. By requesting a free quotation, you are under no obligation to use the services of McDonough Dolmaya Language Solutions. Invoices Invoices are faxed or emailed as soon as each project is completed, and payment must be made in full by cheque or PayPal within 15 days of receipt of invoice. For translation projects of more than 7000 words, a 25% deposit may be required of new clients before work is begun. Quality Every text is meticulously proofread for style, grammar, spelling and accuracy before it is returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a text, simply indicate what changes you would like made, and your document will be revised free of charge. Confidentiality All translation, writing and revision projects are considered strictly confidential Registered charities and non-profit organizations McDonough Dolmaya Language Solutions is committed to making a positive contribution to Canadian communities. Canadian charities and non-profit organizations may be eligible for a discounted rate. Some conditions apply.
